Blue Bell is an area of Whitpain Township in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. It was originally known as “Pigeontown” after the large population of passenger pigeons that used to gather there. The Blue Bell of today is known for its large mansions and major business parks.

Wissahickon Valley Public Library – Wissahickon Public Library is dedicated to promoting literacy and a love of life-long learning. Their huge collection of print and digital media is open to all residents, and they host programs for children throughout the year.
