Furlong is a town in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The area has gone through many name changes, but through most of the 18th century, it was called Green Tree after an inn in its area. The town was eventually given the name Furlong to settle confusion between two similarly named post offices in Pennsylvania.

Briarwood Day Camp – Briarwood Day Camp offers children a wide variety of recreational activities to participate in during the summer, including basketball, rock wall climbing, swimming, archery, and much more. Outside of athletics, the camp offers arts programs like ceramics and drama.

Bridge Valley Elementary School – Bridge Valley Elementary School promotes a culture of academic achievement and personal development through collaboration and responsibility. Outside of academics, the school offers a chess club, has their own broadcast studio, and has a variety of art programs.

Furlong Fall Fest 2021 – Fall Fest 2021 is hosted by the historic Froelich’s Farm & Garden and offers a large variety of activities for guests, including a pick-your-own pumpkin patch, hay rides, a hay maze, and a pyramid climb. The festival also has live music, food vendors, and home-baked goods.
